2021 Shein Shipping Time and Refund Policy

Shein’s return is not complicated, it’s very detailed and guaranteed. You don’t have to worry about the return process.

Return conditions: 1. The returned items must be unused and with original packaging. Shein does not accept returns of items worn, damaged, cleaned or altered in any way. 2. The following items are non-refundable: tights, underwear, swimwear, jewelry, beauty, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies and accessories (except scarves, bags and blankets). 3. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

  1. Please do not send the return form to the address on the package.
  2. Please check your return carefully before returning it. Shein will not be responsible for the return of non-SHEIN items.
  3. If you receive damaged/defective items, please contact SHEIN customer service for help.

How can I return an item?

  1. Log in to your SHEIN account.
  2. Find the order in “My Order” and click the “Return” button.
  3. Select the item you want to return, explain the reason and submit it.
  4. Print the return label and stick it firmly on the outside of the return package.
  5. To the e-mail office to arrange pickup or get off at the nearest post office.

Note: If you want to pay for the return by yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure to mark the postmark as postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date.

How to create and use a return label?

  1. Log in to your SHEIN account.
  2. Find the order in “My Order” and click the “Return” button.
  3. Select the item you want to return, fill in the reason for the return, and then submit to select the return method “prepaid return label”.
  4. Print the return label and stick it firmly to the outside of the return package.
  5. Please send the package to the post office.

How to find the generated return label?

Find the returned order in “My Orders” → click “Order Details” → click “Return and Refund Records” in the upper right corner → click “View” to download.

Refund:

  1. Refund method
    The refund will be processed to your SHEIN wallet or original payment account according to your request. If you do not select a refund location, the refund will be returned to your SHEIN wallet.
  2. Refund processing time
    Shein will process the return within 5 working days after receiving your package. This is an estimated timetable adapted to the current situation, and most refunds will be processed before then.

    A) If you choose SHEIN wallet refund, it will be refunded within 24 hours. The wallet balance can be used for your next purchase, or it can be withdrawn to your original payment account.

    B) If you choose the original payment account, it will refund the balance within 1-2 working days; 1-5 working days for PayPal; 7-14 working days for card payment. Depends on the processing time of the platform/bank.

U.S. return policy

Note: For all orders placed after February 1, 2020, the return window has been extended from 45 days to 75 days.

  1. From the beginning of your payment, you need to return the goods within 45 days. Generally speaking, Shein’s goods will be delivered within 7-15 days after payment, so you need to send them back within 30-38 days after you receive the goods For goods, of course, you must contact customer service before returning the goods.

Note: Shein does not support returns after 45 days.

  1. When you apply for a return for the first time, you can get a free return. The shipping cost of the return is paid by shein, but you must use the shipping label provided by Shein.
  2. If you are not applying for return for the first time, then you also need to apply for return within 45 days after the date of purchase. There are two methods:

①You can use the shipping label provided by shein and pay a shipping fee of $7.99, which will be deducted from your refund.

②You can use your own transportation method at your own expense.

Australia return policy

Australian customers can directly return the goods to the warehouse in Sydney, which is very convenient.

You can apply for a return within 60 days after the purchase date. Once you receive your package at the Sydney warehouse, your refund will be issued automatically.

Return method

  1. Parcel point: return more than 1,300 locations through your local parcel point store. Open 7 days a week, from morning to night. If the package weighs less than 20 kg, a flat rate of AUD 6.95 will be deducted from the Australian refund. The home pickup service can be purchased at Parcel Point back to the checkout page for an additional fee of $2.5.
  2. Post Office: Open from Monday to Saturday, there are more than 4,400 post offices throughout Australia. If the package weighs less than 20 kg, a flat rate of AUD 10.52 will be deducted from the Australian refund.

Note: You need to bear the cost of returning postage.

Canada return policy

  1. You must return the package within 45 days from the date of purchase, based on the postmark. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from the date of purchase.

    Due to the current situation, there are few collection points for returned packages. The return period has been extended from 45 days to 75 days.
  2. If you have prepaid 1.99CAD for the return deposit, the first return of each order will be free. You must use the return label provided by shein, and then return your package within 45 days from the date of purchase.
  3. If you have already returned some items using the return label, but want to make additional returns for other items, you must do so within 45 days from the date of purchase. There are two ways:

    ①You can use one or more return labels provided by shein, and pay a return fee of 9CAD for each label, which will be deducted from your refund.

    ②You can choose your own transportation method at your own expense. But shein does not provide package cash on delivery service.

India return policy

You can apply for a return within 15 days after receiving the goods. For packages returned to shein, you need to pay the return shipping cost yourself. Note that shein will also deduct the ₹65 pick-up service fee from the total refund.

Please note: Refunds are only applicable to the price of goods, and other expenses (such as transportation guarantee, transportation, COD service fee) are not refundable.

UK return policy

Due to the COVID-19 situation, all orders placed on or after September 20, 2020 can be refunded within 60 days from the date of purchase (previously 45 days).

There are two return methods. The first method must use the shipping label provided by shein, and then send it back and postmark the package.

①Post office (use the Royal Mail to return the label)

The first return label is free for every order. The cost of each additional return label for the same order (parcels weighing less than 20kg) is £2.50 (will be deducted from the refund) (the return label should be 10×15 cm)

You can apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the goods. Note: The original shipping fee and shipping deposit are not refundable.
